In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB655 ( Relating 
to the fees charged by local governmental officials and the 
means by which fees may be paid.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB655-Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.

Some counties could incur costs associated 
with acquiring and upgrading equipment, but such costs are expected 
to be recovered through the assessment of handling and processing 
fees authorized by the bill.
