In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB681 ( Relating 
to the alternative fuels program.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB681-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
Implementing the bill's provisions could result in some savings 
to affected units of local government. However, the savings 
are not expected to be significant.
