In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB693 ( Relating 
to standing to enforce restrictions relating to state property.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB693-As Introduced
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill would provide clear statutory authority for the Attorney 
General or Land Commissioner to bring suit to enforce a restrictive 
covenant or other restriction contained in a legislative act, 
patent or other instrument conveying state real property to 
a third party.  
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
