In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB693 ( Relating 
to standing to enforce restrictions pertaining to state property.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB693-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill would provide clear statutory authority for the Land 
Commissioner or the Attorney General, on his own behalf or on 
behalf of the Land Commissioner, to bring suit to enforce a 
restrictive covenant or other restriction contained in a legislative 
act, patent or other instrument conveying real property owned 
by the permanent school fund or a state agency to a third party. 
 
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
