In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB708 ( Relating 
to the validation of all acts, governmental proceedings, officials, 
bonds, and obligations of navigation districts and port authorities.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB708-As Introduced
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. 
 

This bill would validate acts and proceedings of port authorities 
and navigation districts.  Should an issue arise which might 
allow board actions to be questioned, this bill would confirm 
those actions, unless there is litigation pending.
