In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB721 ( Relating 
to the issuance of certificates of obligation for the payment 
of a municipality's contractual interests in certain utilities.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB721-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
