In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB739 ( Relating 
to the refund of certain overpaid unemployment compensation 
benefits by the recipients of those benefits.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB739-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
This bill amends Chapter 207 of the Labor Code by adding Subchapter 
G which establishes guidelines for the repayment of erroneous 
overpayment of unemployment compensation benefits.

No fiscal 
implication to units of local government is anticipated.
