In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB757 ( Relating 
to water quality protection zones.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB757-As Introduced
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  
         
The bill would currently only affect the City of Austin.  Because 
the bill would not have statewide impact on units of local government 
of the same type or class, no comment from this office is required 
by the rules of the Senate as to its probable fiscal implication 
on units of local government.
