In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB758 ( Relating 
to the offense of criminal mischief involving graffiti and the 
regulation of customer access to aerosol paint.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB758-As Passed 2nd House
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
