In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB758 ( Relating 
to the creation of a graffiti offense, to the criminal, civil, 
and family law consequences of engaging in conduct described 
by the offense, and to the regulation of customer access to 
aerosol paint.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB758-Conference Committee Report
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
