In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB788 ( Relating 
to the duty of certain hospitals to provide community benefits 
and charity care.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB788-Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated, although some public hospitals will be required 
to report on their charity care and community benefits activities.
