In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB802 ( Relating 
to the collection of certain information related to health care 
and the functions and duties of the Texas Health Care Information 
Council; providing a penalty.) this office has detemined the 
following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB802-As Passed 2nd House
