In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB834 ( Relating 
to the authority of a county to operate a water or sewer utility 
in the unincorporated areas of a county, including the authority 
to issue bonds and acquire property through eminent domain.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB834-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  Because 
the bill would not have statewide impact on units of local government 
of the same type or class, no comment from this office is required 
by the rules of the House as to its probable fiscal implication
