In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB843 ( Relating 
to requiring the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission 
to study a tracking system for hazardous waste required to be 
returned to the United States under the La Paz Agreement.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB843-As Engrossed
