In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB875 ( Relating 
to the applicability of the sex offender registration program 
to certain defendants, to the procedures used to register and 
monitor sex offenders, and to the imposition of criminal penalties.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB875-Committee Report 1st House, as amended
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
