In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB881 ( Relating 
to the denial of the renewal of the driver's license  of persons 
who violate their promise to appear on certain offenses or who 
fail to pay the fine for certain offenses.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB881-As Passed 2nd House
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
