In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB919 ( Relating 
to transfer of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Crisis Services 
program from the Texas Department of Health to the Office of 
the Attorney General, and related provisions.) this office has 
detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB919-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 
 
         
The bill would transfer the Sexual Assault Prevention and Crisis 
Services program from the Texas Department of Health to the 
Office of the Attorney General.  The bill would create a new 
special fund and a dedicated revenue source in the State Treasury. 
 It is anticipated that revenue collections would not be affected.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
