In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB937 ( Relating 
to the establishment and operation of an electronic procurement 
marketplace, including an electronic commerce network.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB937-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
The bill would create the Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental 
Relations.  It is estimated that costs associated with the University 
of Texas at Arlington staffing the commission could be reasonably 
absorbed within existing resources.
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
