In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB937 ( Relating
to the creation of the Texas Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental
Relations.) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB937-As Introduced FN Revision 1
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
Fiscal Analysis
This bill would create the Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental
Relations.
Methodolgy
It is estimated that costs associated with the University of
Texas at Arlington staffing the commission could be reasonably
absorbed using existing funding and staff.
The probable fiscal implications of implementing the provisions
of the bill during each of the first five years following passage
is estimated as follows:
