to testimony given before a county commissioners court.) this 
office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1179-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
Similar annual fiscal implications would continue as long as 
the provisions of the bill are in effect.
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
