In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1238 ( Relating 
to the issuance of and withdrawal of a warrant for the return 
to confinement  of certain inmates released to the supervision 
of the pardons and paroles division of the Texas Department 
of Criminal Justice.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1238-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
