In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1238 ( Relating 
to the issuance of and withdrawal of a warrant for the return 
to confinement  of certain inmates released to the supervision 
of the pardons and paroles division of the Texas Department 
of Criminal Justice. ) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1238-Committee Report 1st House, as amended
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
