In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1310 ( Relating 
to historic structures, including the restoration and preservation 
of historic structures by a municipality.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1310-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
This bill would allow a municipality to issue certificates of 
obligations to restore designated historic structures.  Any 
fiscal implication of this bill to a municipality would be positive, 
since it would offer a new financing option.
