In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1313 ( Relating 
to the designation of licensed dietitians as service providers 
under the chronically ill and disabled children's services program.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1313-As Introduced   FN Revision 1
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         
The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal 
basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions 
of the bill.

Based on additional analysis, the Department 
of Health projects no significant fiscal implications would 
be associated with the implementation of the bill's provisions.
         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
