However, enactment of the bill would result in a revenue gain to the Housing Trust Fund which is held in the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company. Since this trust company is outside the State Treasury, there would not be a fiscal impact to the State. No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
