Some costs may be associated with increased information and data management; however, most of the information required under this bill is currently gathered and reported for state and/or federal reporting purposes. No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. Costs associated with this bill would relate to increased reporting requirements; however school districts already have systems for "safe schools" data collection and reporting for both state and federal purposes, which covers most of the information to be collected under this bill.
