to the creation of an electronic state business daily to give
notice before a state agency makes a procurement with a value
that exceeds $25,000.) this office has detemined the following:

Fiscal Analysis

The bill would require the creation of an
electronic state business daily to give notice before a state
agency makes a procurement with a value that exceeds $25,000.

Methodology

Any increase in cost or workload to gather
and prepare information for the daily and to make it available
on the Internet could likely be absorbed within current agency
resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
