Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1380-Committee Report 1st House, as amended

Fiscal Analysis
The bill would require the creation of an
electronic state business daily to give notice before a state
agency makes a procurement with a value that exceeds $25,000.
Methodology
Any increase in cost or workload to gather

on the Internet could likely be absorbed within current agency
resources.
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
