In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1394 ( Relating 
to the authority of a municipality to require a building permit 
for construction and renovation work on county-owned buildings 
and facilities by certain counties.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1394-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
