In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1464 ( Relating 
to an exemption from the industrial solid waste collection, 
handling, storage, and processing permitting process for such 
activities on land owned or controlled by the source of the 
waste.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1464-As Introduced
