In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1464 ( relating
to an exemption from the industrial solid waste collection,
handling, storage and processing permitting process for such
activities on land owned or controlled by the source of the
waste) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1464-Committee Report 1st House, as amended
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
This estimate assumes that the amendment was intended to modify
Sec. 361.090 of the Health and Safety Code, Chapter 361.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
