In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1543 ( Relating 
to the authority of a county to charge fees for the regulation 
of wild animals.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1543-Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.

Counties could experience increased revenues 
as a result of this bill's passage.  However, that increase 
is not expected to be significant.
