In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1582 ( relating 
to the creation, administration, powers, duties, operation and 
financing of the Guadalupe County Groundwater Conservation District.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1582-Committee Report 1st House, as amended
         

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. 
 
         
Because it appears that the bill, as amended, would not have 
statewide impact on units of local government of the same type 
or class, no comment from this office is required by the rules 
of the Senate as to its probable fiscal implication on units 
of local government.
