In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1610 ( Relating 
to the county jail work release program and to participation 
by certain inmates of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, 
with the approval of a sheriff, in that program.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1610-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
