In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1611 ( Relating 
to the creation of the victim services division of the Texas 
Department of Criminal Justice and the assignment of certain 
powers and duties to that division.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1611-As Introduced
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

is anticipated.
