to the disposition of the City of Lubbock's auditorium-coliseum
complex located on real property conveyed to the municipality
by Texas Tech University.) this office has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1621-Committee Report 2nd House, Substituted
No fiscal impact to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
