In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1709 ( Relating 
to the creation, administration, powers, duties, operation, 
and financing of the Lake Livingston Special Utility District; 
granting the authority to issue bonds.) this office has detemined 
the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1709-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted
         

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
         

         
 
          
This bill would create the Lake Livingston Special Utility District 
while dissolving the Lake Livingston Water Supply and Sewer 
Corporation, and grant the district authority to issue bonds. 
 No significant fiscal implication to units of local government 
is anticipated.
