In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1756 ( Relating 
to an exemption for regulation under the Private Investigators 
and Private Security Agencies Act for certain nonprofit medical 
alert service providers, persons obtaining public records, and 
persons obtaining certain documents for use in litigation.) 
this office has detemined the following:
