In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1776 ( Relating 
to the exemption of certain employees from the payment of student 
fees by the governing board of an institution of higher education.) 
this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1776-As Engrossed
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  Institutions 
of higher education would generate less in fee income to the 
extent the exemption is provided.  However, these fees are designated 
in nature and would not affect the state funding for institutions.
         

         
 
          
No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
