In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1787 ( Relating 
to the restricted sale of wine for off-premises consumption 
by the holder of a winery permit in certain areas.) this office 
has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1787-As Engrossed
         
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

is anticipated.
