TO: Honorable J.E. "Buster" Brown, Chair IN RE: Senate Bill No. 1793
Committee on Natural Resources By: Wentworth
          Senate
          Austin, Texas

         FROM: John Keel, Director

In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1793 ( Relating
to the power and authority of the Upper Guadalupe River Authority
to borrow money for any corporate purpose or combination of
corporate purposes; amending the Upper Guadalupe River Authority
Act, Special Laws, Acts of the 46th Legislature, Regular Session,
1939, as amended; and declaring an emergency.) this office has
detemined the following:

Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1793-As Introduced

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Because the bill would not have statewide impact on units of
local government of the same type or class, no comment from
this office is required by the rules of the Senate as to its
probable fiscal implication on units of local government.

Similar annual fiscal implications would continue as long as
the provisions of the bill are in effect.
