In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1827 ( Relating
to characteristics of a defendant that may not be used by a
judge or jury to deny community supervision, and to characteristics
of a defendant that may not be used by a prosecutor to urge
a judge or jury to deny community supervision.) this office
has detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1827-As Introduced
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
