In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1835 ( Relating
to the punishment for the offense of unlawful restraint and
the requirement that certain defendants convicted of that offense
be required to register as sex offenders. ) this office has
detemined the following:
Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1835-Committee Report 1st House, as amended
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government
is anticipated.
