In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1843 ( Relating 
to authorizing certain public entities to join together to finance, 
construct, acquire, operate, and maintain public facilities; 
authorizing the issuance of bonds and granting the power of 
eminent domain.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1843-Committee Report 2nd House, as amended
