         FROM: John Keel, Director

In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SB1866 ( Relating
to changes in the property tax calendar.) this office has detemined
the following:

Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SB1866-Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The fiscal impact on units of local governments would vary depending
on which taxing entities adopted the alternative tax calendar
and adopted the percentage homestead exemption under the provisions
of the bill.
