In response to your request for a Fiscal Note on SJR47 ( Proposing 
a constitutional amendment to abolish the office of constable 
in Jack County.) this office has detemined the following:
         
         Biennial Net Impact to General Revenue Funds by SJR47-As Introduced
         
No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated, other than 
the cost of publication.

The cost to the state for publication 
of the resolution is $71,000.
         

         
 
          
Because the resolution would not have statewide impact on units 
of local government of the same type or class, no comment from 
this office is required by rules of the Senate as to its probable 
implication on units of local government.
