         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met in 
         a public hearing and was called to order by the Chair, 
         Representative Bob Glaze at 8:10 am.
         
         The roll was answered as follows:

         A quorum was present.

         On the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting 
         was recessed until 10:00 am or 15 minutes upon adjournment of 
         the House.

         order and roll was taken at 11:20 am.
