         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met in 
         a public hearing and was called to order by the Chair, 
         Representative Bob Glaze at 8:15 am.
         
         The roll was answered as follows:

         Absent:   Representatives Eiland; Mowery (2).
         
         A quorum was present.

         Testimony was taken.  
         
         At 9:45 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection, 
         the meeting was recessed until 10:00 am or immediately upon 
         adjournment.
         
         The Subcommittee on Health and Human Services was called to 
         order and roll was taken at 11:05 am.
         
         Present:  Representatives Glaze, Mowery (2).
         
         Absent:   Representatives  Coleman, Eiland, Haggerty (3).
         
         Department on Protective and Regulatory Services (continued).
         
         Testimony was taken.

         At 11:58 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
