         hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Dan 
         Kubiak at 8:02 am.

         At 9:58 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection, 
         the meeting was recessed until 10:45 am or upon adjournment of 
         House.
         
         The meeting was reconvened at 12:36 pm.
