         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 1998, the House  
         Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Major Information  
         Systems met jointly with the Subcommittee on Job  
         Classification in a public hearing and was called to order by  
         the Acting Chair, Representative Mowery at 1:32 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Averitt; Greenberg; Hochberg;  
                   Mowery; Pitts (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Finnell; Glaze; Kubiak; Raymond (4). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         chair.)   
          
         Testimony was taken (see witness list).   
          
         At 3:04 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
